I’m proud to say that we’ve improved on last year’s budget in meaningful ways. Not only have we made strategic investments, but for the first time, we’ve added key performance measures to each department. That means our goals are now measurable, our results will be trackable, and our residents will be able to clearly see how their town is delivering on its promises.

Budgets are plans—but execution is what truly matters.

What I’m most looking forward to is seeing this budget put into action. From improved service delivery to enhanced community programming, this budget sets the standard for how we intend to operate: with focus, transparency, and accountability.

Our residents deserve a government that not only works hard but works smart—a government that listens, adapts, and delivers results they can feel in their everyday lives.
